Thank you for joining 2 Chicks in a Boat Women's Team Tournament Trail. You must be a member of our trail to compete in any of our 4 scheduled trail events.(Lake Norman, South Holston Lake, Chickamauga Lake, and Kentucky Lake) If we have any 2 Chicks in a Boat "Open" events, you do not need to become a member. "Open" events are open to everyone. Men, Women, Youth will be competing against each other. Open Tournaments will be announced in our newsletters, on our website and through social media.

This form needs to be completed each time you register for a tournament, unless you are registering for all of the tournaments at once. Please note, there are PayPal processing fees added if paying online. Instructions to pay by mail are listed at the end of this form.

LIABILITY RELEASE:
Liability Release: In consideration of membership in 2 Chicks In A Boat Team Tournament Trail as well as being granted permission to participate in the fishing tournaments and other events held or sponsored by 2 Chicks In A Boat, LLC, THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY RELEASES DISCHARGES, WAIVES AND RELINQUISHES ANY AND ALL ACTIONS OR CAUSES OF ACTION INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH OCCURRING TO HER/HERSELF ARISING OUT OF, RELATED TO, OR CONNECTED WITH IN ANY MANNER ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever. Said activities may continue, and the undersigned agrees that under no circumstances will she or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against 2 Chicks In A Boat, LLC, or any of their principles, directors, employees, agents, managers, sponsors, tournament directors, successors, or assigns (collectively “Indemnified Parties”) shall not be liable for claims, damages, demands, costs or expenses arising out of any personal injury, death, property damage or loss which may be sustained by the undersigned Participant(s) while participating in any 2 Chicks In A Boat Fishing Event. The undersigned further and separately agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless Released Persons from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including but not limited to court costs and attorney’s fees, that they may incur, in connection with participation in Events, whether caused by negligence of Released Persons or otherwise. This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the applicable law. The undersigned further states that she has carefully read the forgoing, knows the content thereof, and has signed this release as her own free act. Verification of liability insurance: I, the undersign further state that I am a current member of 2 Chicks In A Boat Team Tournament Trail and that I maintain liability insurance on the boat I will use in any 2 Chicks In A Boat Team Tournament Trail Event. I signify by my signature that I have read and understand the above agreement and all of the 2 Chicks In A Boat Team Tournament Trail rules and regulations, located on www.2chicksinaboat.com.
