Policy: Meeting requests that are not consistent with the OTA mission (research and education based), such as marketing/industry focused meetings, are not permitted to be scheduled during OTA education programs and the annual meeting welcome reception. Independent groups wanting to meet during the OTA meeting (defined as all pre-meeting events as well as the main meeting), and who wish to have access to meeting space assigned to the OTA, will have an OTA-member who is willing to be a sponsor of the event contact OTA staff with a description of the meeting, its purpose, the name of the sponsoring group, the number of attendees expected, and the length of the meeting.
Available meeting space will be assigned first-come, first-served. Any expenses associated with the room (room rental fees, catering and AV equipment) would be paid by the group requesting the meeting.

Once OTA approves the meeting request, your information will be sent to the hotel and the events manager will reach out to you directly for planning and execution of your meeting. Affiliate meeting requests will be sent to the following locations, in the order listed.
