No parking is available at the Sydney Showground during the Royal Easter Show. The nearest Sydney Olympic Park Car Park is in the P1 car park on Edwin Flack Avenue.
The cost of single-entry parking at Sydney Olympic Park Car Parks during the Show is $25.00 per day. P1 Pre-booked parking tickets can be purchased via the Sydney Olympic Park website:

Transport
- Train: The Sydney Olympic Park railway station is on the T7 line connecting from Lidcombe station. Sydney Olympic Park railway station is located adjacent to the Sydney Showground.
- Bus: Bus stops will be located at each end of the Olympic Boulevard, near the entrances to the Sydney Showground. Special bus services from areas of Sydney not serviced by rail will be provided. These limited-stop service routes and timetables will be widely advertised before the Show. Royale Psychic Reading Room – Practitioner Event Table Hire Terms & Conditions
Royale Psychic Reading Room
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms between Royale Psychic Reading Room (“Organiser”) and the participating practitioner (“Practitioner”).
By signing this Agreement, the Practitioner agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Confidentiality
1.1 The Practitioner acknowledges that all terms of this Agreement, including financial arrangements, booking systems, marketing strategies, and operational procedures, are strictly confidential.
1.2 The Practitioner must not disclose any part of this Agreement to any third party without prior written consent of the Organiser, except where disclosure is required by law.
1.3 This clause survives termination of this Agreement.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
2.1 The Practitioner is engaged as an independent contractor.
2.2 Nothing in this Agreement creates a relationship of employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency.
2.3 The Practitioner is solely responsible for:
- Their own tax obligations (including GST if applicable)
- Superannuation
- Insurance
- Professional registrations or licences (if applicable)
3. Table Hire Inclusions
Subject to payment of the Table Hire Fee, the Organiser will provide:
- Booth/Table hire for contracted dates
- Event marketing at the Organiser’s discretion
- Online promotion (website and social media)
- Promotional activities including radio and print (if applicable)
- Access to booking records relating to the Practitioner’s sessions
- One table, two chairs, table covering, timer, stand number, folder, sign-in sheet
- Appointment cards
- All inclusions are subject to event conditions and may be reasonably varied where necessary.
4. Insurance Requirements
4.1 The Practitioner must maintain current Public Liability Insurance.
4.2 A valid Certificate of Currency must be provided prior to participation.
4.3 Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5. Daily Operations and Compliance
The Practitioner agrees to:
- Arrive by 9:00 AM daily
- Be ready for the first session at 9:45 AM
- Adhere strictly to allocated break times (1 x 60-minute, 2 x 30-minute)
- Ensure sessions conclude on time
- Comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and directions from the Organiser.
- Closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times for occupational health and safety compliance.
6. Bookings and Revenue Share
6.1 All bookings will be managed exclusively by the Organiser.
6.2 The session fee is currently $70.00 per 15 minutes.
6.3 Revenue distribution:
- 55% to the Practitioner ($38.50 per session)
- 45% to the Organiser ($31.50 per session)
6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend pricing where operationally required, provided reasonable notice is given.
7. Payments
7.1 Client payments will be collected by the Organiser.
7.2 Payments to the Practitioner will be made via EFT every four (4) days during the event.
7.3 Funds may take up to three (3) business days to clear.
7.4 The Practitioner must verify and sign off on session records daily.
8. Table Hire Fees
8.1 Table Hire Fees are payable as invoiced.
8.2 Payment may be made in full or via an approved instalment arrangement.
8.3 Failure to pay by the due date constitutes a material breach and may result in cancellation without refund.
8.4 Table Hire Fees are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Cancellation and Non-Attendance
9.1 If the Practitioner fails to attend, cancels, or is a no-show, the Organiser may:
- Reallocate the table to another practitioner
- Retain all Table Hire Fees
- Retain any booking income relating to missed sessions
9.2 No credits or transfers apply.
9.3 The Organiser reserves the right to terminate participation immediately for:
- Breach of this Agreement
- Misconduct
- Unprofessional behaviour
- Safety concerns
- Damage to the reputation of the event
- Where termination occurs without breach by the Practitioner, a pro-rata refund may be considered, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
10. Presentation and Conduct
Practitioners must:
- Maintain a professional standard of dress, grooming, and hygiene
Wear closed-toe footwear at all times
- Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner toward clients, staff, and other exhibitors
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
11. Indemnity
11.1 The Practitioner indemnifies and holds harmless the Organiser, its directors, staff, contractors, and venue operators against any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising from:
- The Practitioner’s services
- Negligence or misconduct
- Breach of this Agreement
- Personal injury or property damage caused by the Practitioner
- Claims made by clients arising from readings or services provided
11.2 This indemnity survives termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability for:
- Loss of income
- Loss of profits
- Loss of opportunity
- Consequential or indirect loss
- Theft or damage to personal property
12.2 The Organiser’s total liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the amount of Table Hire Fees paid.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Force Majeure
The Organiser is not liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies
- Venue closure
- Industrial action
- In such circumstances, refunds or credits will be determined at the Organiser’s discretion, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
14. Reputation and Non-Disparagement
The Practitioner agrees not to make any public statement, social media post, or communication that may damage the reputation of the Organiser or event.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before commencing legal proceedings.
15.2 If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in the State in which the event is held.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant State or Territory of Australia in which the event is conducted.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
17. Restraint of Trade, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Circumvention
17.1 Legitimate Business Interests
The Practitioner acknowledges that the Organiser has a legitimate business interest in protecting:
(a) Its goodwill and brand reputation;
(b) Its client database and booking system;
(c) Its revenue model and event structure;
(d) Its relationships with venues and Royal Show organisers.
The Practitioner agrees that the restraints contained in this clause are reasonable and necessary to protect those interests.
17.2 Non-Solicitation of Clients
The Practitioner must not, during the Event and for a period of 12 months following the final day of the Event:
(a) Solicit, approach, contact, or accept bookings directly from any client introduced through Royale Psychic Reading Room for services outside the Organiser’s official booking system;
(b) Encourage or induce any such client to book privately or outside the Organiser’s system;
(c) Use any client contact details or information obtained through participation in the Event for personal marketing, private bookings, or competing services.
17.3 Non-Circumvention
The Practitioner must not:
(a) Accept direct payment from clients for sessions conducted within the Event outside the Organiser’s booking and payment system;
(b) Divert clients to personal booking platforms, social media, websites, or alternative payment methods during the Event;
(c) Engage in any conduct intended to avoid the agreed revenue share arrangement.
17.4 Restraint – Competing Event Model
The Practitioner must not, for a period of 12 months following the Event, within:
- The same Royal Show, or
- The same venue at which the Event was held
- Establish, promote, operate, or materially participate in a competing centralised psychic reading room or substantially similar group booking model.
This clause does not prevent the Practitioner from conducting private readings or general psychic services independently, provided they do not breach clauses 17.2 or 17.3.
17.5 Severability
If any part of this clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
If necessary, the restraint period shall be read down to the maximum period enforceable by law.
18. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior representations or agreements.
No variation is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
