Terms and Conditions for Payments to MVDH Design
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all payments made to MVDH Design for services rendered.
1.2 By making a payment, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other terms are specified.
2.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum allowable by law.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Payments can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit/debit card, or other approved methods as specified by MVDH Design.
3.2 MVDH Design is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by financial institutions.
4. Deposits and Cancellations
4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before work commences, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client remains liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of MVDH Design.
5. Pricing and Quotation
5.1 All pricing is subject to change without notice, unless locked in by an accepted quotation.
5.2 Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation.
6.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with South African law.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 MVDH Design is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment issues or service disruptions.
7.2 The maximum liability of MVDH Design for any claim related to payments shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the disputed service.
8. Amendments
8.1 MVDH Design reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

In South Africa, the legal framework governing invoice payments is primarily based on contract law and the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975 (which allows for interest on overdue amounts) and the National Credit Act (NCA), where applicable.
