These sessions are great for children of all ages, small families, couples and pets.

Additional digital images can be purchased from your personal online gallery after the photography session.
You will have the option to purchase professional lab prints and other products if you wish.
Sessions will take place in Alexandria.

50% non refundable deposit due at time of booking and is applied to the total

Terms and Conditions

MINI SESSION FEE: The mini session fee includes 20 minutes of the photographer's time and talent at the location of photographer's choice, and retouching of your final images. Full payment of the session fee is due at the time of booking and guarantees your appointment time. Please submit the session fee payment along with these forms as soon as possible. Session fees are non-refundable.

LOCATION: Location of mini sessions will be determined by the photographer.

Client agrees that photographs may not be edited, changed, and/or cropped in any way by themselves or any other party (friends, family, other photographers etc.) outside of Tallulah Tableaux Photography.

PAYMENT: Tallulah Tableaux Photography shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract (session) for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained byTallulah Tableaux Photography in order to offset its loss of business.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the session from meeting the photographer's artistic standards she may elect to reschedule. RAIN DATE WILL BE THE DATE AFTER unless weather doesn't permit.

FAILURE TO PERFORM: If the photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled. If a reschedule cannot be obtained client will get a gift certificate to use for a future session. The photographer will have no further liability to the contract. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER: Only bring those people being photographed for the session. There is no other photography allowed from family and friends during the portrait session.

COPYRIGHTS: the photographs produced by Tallulah Tableaux Photography are protected by Provincial Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Tallulah Tableaux Photography explicitly written permission.

DIGITAL FILES: The CLIENT understands Tallulah Tableaux Photography still owns the copyright to all photos that are placed on disk or digital download. The photos must not be edited, cropped or change in any way without written permission from Tallulah Tableaux Photography. Photos are to be used for personal use only. The CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs.

MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give Tallulah Tableaux Photography the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection there with.

Client understand that no unauthorized internet postings are allowed without photographer’s permission.

Client agrees not to enter photographs into contests or publish them in any media sources without photographer’s permission.

Client agrees to use photographs for personnel use only.

Client agrees that pictures will only be used for printing purposes and social media only and not used commercially.

Mini Session Details

Thank you for participating in Tallulah Tableaux Photography’s mini session! This is an outline on what you can expect at your session!

During Your session
-Today you will receive 20 minutes of photography time.

After Your Session
-You will be able to view your photos within 1 week

-After your session, you will have two weeks from your session date to inform me which photos you will like to choose. If I do not have your choice by this time you will forfeit your photos.

-If you wish to order extra prints or digital files you may do so. All orders must be made within one month of your session. Payment for any print orders must be paid in advance.
