One Community Church - We want to hear from you!

We are so thankful you are part of our OCC family! We are excited to offer our Church Life Survey that covers all areas of ministry at OCC. If you could take 5-10 minutes to fill out this survey sharing your thoughts and comments with regard to your experience here, we would greatly appreciate it!

Your answers will help as we continue to grow in faith, as a church, as the Body of Christ, and as God's Children who seek to make God's love known to all! Please know our Leadership Team very much values and respects your input and honesty which we will handle with care. At the end of the survey, please provide your name. Our goal is to have each family represented by at least 1 or more completed surveys per household.

It is important to understand why you have chosen to attend One Community Church in your walk with Christ. We'd like to know how our church helps draw you deeper in your relationship with God. We'd also like to know how we could improve on our offerings, or what we could do differently. And, learning what has attracted you to One Community Church, helps us understand how we can continue to attract new people to grow in their faith at OCC as well.
