Admin: the below 'unavailable to book' text will automatically show if you set the default value of the 'Course available to book' field at the start of this form to 0.

If this is a dated course and you've set the availability to 0, you may wish to let people know that the date is fully booked, to do this you can change the heading below to something like: 'The course scheduled for 24th Nov 2023 9.30-12.30 is currently fully booked'. You can also change the text following the heading if needed. To do either of these, click the heading below and then click the Edit text icon to open the editor. Please make sure you do not competely delete the text widget below otherwise people will be presented with a blank form whenever the course is closed.

Admin: you can remove rows from the table below by clicking on the table and clicking the white cross on the rows you want to delete.

Rows can then be re-added at a later date by clicking the add row button (up to a maximum of 10 rows) and the pricing calculations will still work, as long as pricing has been added to the corresponding fields in the row pricing section further down this form.

Styling has been applied to the first row in the table below, to mirror this styling in further rows, simply click into the first row, highlight everything in the row, copy, then click the row you want to paste into and press Ctrl+A on a Windows PC (or Cmd+A on a Mac) to select all in that row, then paste. Doing things this way will ensure the styling copies across correctly and that anything previously in that row is fully replaced. You can then edit this pasted text as you normally would.

IMPORTANT: For every row used in the table below, accurate pricing will need to be added to the pricing fields further down this form, these are titled Row 1 prices, Row 2 prices etc etc. These pricing fields will only be used if a row exists for it in the table.

Admin: the below pricing fields are used to calculate the total cost of the booking. To add prices, click on a field below and click the Properties cog, then go to Advanced > Default Value and input the value here.

Even if you have deleted rows from the table above, please do not delete the corresponding pricing fields below! These are setup so that they do not affect pricing if the corresponding rows in the table are deleted, so you are safe to leave them. However they will become valid again if rows are added back to the table at a later date, so please ensure accurate pricing is added to the relevant row fields below (if a row exists for them in the table).

Admin: please do not delete the waiting list options below! If these are not needed, please go to the top of this form and set the default value of 'Further date available?' to 0, which will automatically hide these.

If a further date is needed, leave the value as 1 and make sure to add the date to the two fields below. To do this, click on the text widget below and then click Edit text, then edit the bullet point identified by the text GOES HERE. To change the text in the 'Waiting list' checkbox below this, click on the option and edit the text identified as DATE GOES HERE.

Admin: to edit course materials, click the 'Course materials selection' field below and edit option two (and also edit the price in the brackets), then click the Properties cog and go to Options > Calculation Values which is where you can add the price that will be used for billing. Please make sure option one remains at all times and that its calculation value remains as 0, however you are free to add further course materials by clicking Add Option – but make sure for every new option added there is a corresponding calculation value added as well.

If course materials aren't required: please don't delete these fields, simply set the default value of 'Course materials available?' at the very top of this form to 0.

If course materials don't require a delivery address: the form is setup to automatically ask for a delivery address if anything other than option 1 below is selected by the user, this is so you don't need to change the form's conditions manually everytime you add a new option. In the rare cases you need to bypass this (digital subscriptions etc), please see the instructions in the how-to guide under 'For course materials that don't require a delivery address'.

Admin: the below will only show if the admin field 'Do any modules require prior module study?' is set to 1. The text below will need changing on a per-form basis so please ensure everything is correct before setting the admin field to 1.
