Our goal and mission is to have delicious/nutritious meals ready for you and your loved ones; taking the stress and time out of the kitchen and allowing you to truly enjoy yourself and everything and everyone around YOU!

Please note: Forms MUST be submitted at least one week before you would like your meals prepared. This allows for enough time for shopping, prepping, weighing, and delivery.

Please note: If there are any drastic substitutes (Ex. Sub Chicken breast for air-fried cauliflower for 3 out of 5 meals) and it is not stated via email same day of submission or on this form Casa Chef Ocean will not be liable and no refunds or exchanges the meal will be prepared as is on the meal plan.
