Whether you enjoy welcoming others, participating in worship, or helping behind the scenes, there are flexible opportunities to share your gifts. All asterisked (*) fields are required.

  • CREW POSITIONS:

    Please select all that apply. 

    Altar Guild: Help prepare the communion table and care for the worship space before and after services.

    Assisting Minister: Leads the creed and weekly prayers, assists with communion, and leads the dismissal. Will read the first scripture reading in the absence of a reader. Processes and recesses with the Pastor at 5:00 pm and 9:00 am services.

    Cantor:  Helps lead congregational singing during worship.

    Coffee Crew: Helps prepare coffee and refreshments so people can linger, connect, and enjoy fellowship after worship.

    Communion Servers:  will walk up during the offertory with communion elements (OS Campus) at the 5:00 pm and 9:00 am services, then move behind the altar. At the 11:00 am service, they come to the table during the communion instructions. They will distribute wafers or bread and wine, and bring communion to those unable to come forward.

    Greeter: Offer a warm welcome, answer questions, and help people feel at home.

    Nursery Host: Greets parent(s)/guardians and completes the nursery record. Spends time with our youngest children, helping create a safe, caring, and welcoming space during worship. Checks out the child to the parent/guardian after worship.

    Prayer Minister: Offers individual prayer during communion for anyone seeking comfort, encouragement, celebration, or healing.

    Reader: Reads the first scripture reading, and if we add a second reading, they may read that as well.

    Set Up Crew: Sets up chairs for worship at the Celebration Campus. 

    Tech Booth: Helps with sound, slides, or livestream production. No experience is needed. We'll provide everything you need to get started.

    Ushers: Offer a friendly presence by helping with seating, receiving the offering, answering questions, and assisting as needed during worship.

    Visual Arts: Help create a welcoming worship environment by changing seasonal banners, caring for the candle table, and assisting with the placement and care of altar flowers and plants.
