- $90 non-refundable fee - permit valid for three years upon issuance

- Select "Other Payments" from the drop down menu
- Account Number - Type "IPP(business address)
  - Example: IPP320WBroadway
- Complete the payment information on the next screen
- After payment has been submitted you will receive a confirmation number, you must return to this page and add the confirmation number in the space below, then click on the "SUBMIT" button. If you do not do this step, we will not receive your application.
- Upon receipt of this application and confirmation of your payment, a permit will be issued and mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
