BOOTH SPONSOR INFORMATION
There are 61 booth spots available in the main hall (see the floor plan link above).
Until December 22, 2023, returning booth sponsors will have the right of first refusal for the same booth location as last year (or a similar location within the updated floor plan). After December 22, all booth sponsorships will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and determined by the time stamp on the sponsorship form submission.
- Set-up for booth sponsors can occur from 3 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Take down of booth can occur after 3 PM only or otherwise indicated, on Friday, March 8, 2024. Early teardown of booths will result in loss of sponsorship the following year.
- Each booth space includes:
- 8' High back drape, 3' high side drape (Gold booth only)
- 6' skirted table
- 2 padded chairs
- 1-1500 watt 120 volt 15 amp duplex outlet
Marshalling – If you will be using the Edmonton Convention Center docking area, you will be charged a marshalling fee (the CLRA will not be responsible for payment of this fee). To avoid the marshalling fee, you can bring in your booth material through the main entrance and down the elevator and into the Exhibition Hall. More information regarding this will be provided to the booth sponsors closer to the date of the Conference.
Super Booth Level Sponsors (5 Available) Includes: $5500 1 Remaining
- One booth in the main hall.
- Two delegate passes.
- Will be given advanced-access, discounted hotel reservation codes prior to rooms being released to the conference delegates on January 11, 2024 (but you are responsible for reserving and paying for your rooms).
- Able to purchase three additional discounted passes ($350/pass).
- Able to purchase Wetland Lounge drink tickets with your company logo - $15/ticket. Tickets sold in bundles of 50.
- The Super Booth space is approximately 20’ by 20’ (may vary slightly). Please do not bring a booth or material exceeding these dimensions. Super Booth space can be transformed into personalized social spaces with couches, chairs, company equipment, bar and/or food service. If you need additional booth items (e.g. furnishing, specialty furniture, carpet, plants) you will be able to work and order directly from GES Conference Services. Any additional items ordered are the responsibility of the sponsor. Prior approval from CLRA Alberta is required.
Gold Booth Level Sponsors (ONLY 9 SPOTS AVAILABLE) Includes: $3750
- One booth in the main hall.
- Two delegate passes.
- Will be given advanced-access, discounted hotel reservation codes prior to rooms being released to the conference delegates on January 11, 2024 (but you are responsible for reserving and paying for your rooms).
- The Gold Booth space is approximately 10’ by 10’ (may vary slightly). Please do not bring a booth or material exceeding these dimensions. Side banners within booth space are not permitted, and this includes any items that may block the view to adjacent booths.
