Are there any types of social media posts you do not want?
We typically publish 3 to 4 posts per week and schedule them to publish at optimal times for engagement, which vary. Do you have any special requests for scheduling that differ from this? (i.e., only twice a week, mornings only, not on Sundays, etc.) Please note: if you send us content like patient photos or team photos, those will also be scheduled in addition to the posts that we're creating.
Is there anything we should know that might be specific to your clinic and/or location that would inform what gets published on social media? (i.e. Do not post anything related to snow safety because it never snows here, etc.)
Any other notes you'd like our social media team to know?
