2023 Holiday Pop-up Shop

Attention local artists, writers, musicians, and creative craftsmen! Are you looking for an opportunity to sell unique gifts to holiday shoppers? Then you should apply for the AYDesign pop-up event happening on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at AYDesign (4722 Vine Street, St. Bernard, OH 45217).

To ensure a diverse range of items for shoppers, interested vendors need to apply to sell in the pop-up shop. The best part? There is no cost to apply, and no commissions or fees will be charged if your application is accepted!

Here are some important details for applicants to keep in mind:

• Vendors will be responsible for setting up their displays on the tables provided at the AYDesign Gallery. Each vendor will be assigned either an 18"x17" table, 6' table, 4' table, or 48" diameter round table. Don't need that much room? Let us know if you are interested in sharing your table with another vendor!
   
• AYDesign will provide white tablecloths that vendors can use, but they are also welcome to use their own materials if they prefer.
   
• Participants can start setting up their displays from 3 pm to 3:50 pm on the day of the event.
   
• The pop-up shop event will open to the public at 4 pm and close at 8 pm.
   
• Vendors will be responsible for processing their own product sales, so they need to be present during the event. Be sure to have your merchent processing (Venmo, PayPal, Stripe ect.) ready, and have change on hand for cash sales.
   
• Musicians are also encouraged to apply for this event. There will be four time slots to choose from (3:50-4:50, 4:50-5:50, 5:50-6:50, 6:50-7:50) in which they can setup and perform. We recomend perfomers start performing at the top of the hour and anticipate ending at quarter till. AYDesign will provide a location in the gallery near the vendors, a tuned piano if needed, and a small table where they can display their CDs or merchandise for sale.

Visit St. Bernard City Hall for holiday fun! Watch the tree lighting at 6 PM, take a photo with Santa, ride the trolleys, see the petting zoo and carolers, grab cookies and hot chocolate, see the Queen City HiRailer train display, and check out Fresh Market vendors on Washington Ave.

Are there places to eat or grab a drink nearby?

Within walking distance, you'll find Wiedemann's Fine Beer (12 PM - 11 PM) and Woodstone Creek Winery & Distillery (2 PM - 5 PM). Restaurants like Ruth's Parkside Cafe, The Littlefield, and Dusmesh Indian Restaurant & Bar are just a short drive away.
