The more detail you can give me, the better I can tailor my performance and provide an accurate quote. Please include anything you think might be relevant, such as timings, running order, special requests or anything unusual about the venue.
Whereabouts In the Venue Will the Performance Take Place?
Please tell me whether the performance will be in a function room, marquee, garden, ceremony room, etc. If you know the approximate distance between the loading area and performance area, please include this too.
Will the performance be indoors or outdoors?
If the performance area is outside, there must be adequate flooring (stable, dry, clean). It must also be sheltered (to protect my equipment from weather conditions). If you require me to bring my own flooring/shelter, this can be provided at an additional cost. I will also require at least one power outlet.
4. PERFORMANCE

Creating the Right Environment
SETS

One set of songs typically lasts 45 minutes, or 12-15 songs. If you would like to fill 2 hours with live music, you should book 2 sets. This would mean: 45 minutes of live music, a 30-minute break (with PA system background music), 45 minutes of live music, and then the end. If you would prefer to have no break in the live music, I can perform both sets back-to-back for a 1.5-hour set. However, if you wanted 2 hours of uninterrupted live music, this would count as 3 sets.

Do You Plan on Moving the Staging Area at Any Point During the Event?
I recommend not moving the staging area once it has been set up. However, if it can't be avoided, please be aware that this will require a 45-minute changeover and will incur an additional cost. Make sure to plan this extra time into your event and let me know the details ahead of time.

5. BILLING

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% balance is payable no later than 14 days before the event.Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
