Do you have a special activity at your booth that requires instant attention? Perhaps it’s a prize winner announcement or celebrity signing their latest book? Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to a maximum of three sponsors per show, an announcement will give you a burst of booth traffic when you want it most.

Specifications:

• Sponsor will submit two announcements (approved by CHFA) no longer than 45 words each
• Announcements will occur over the PA system during the trade show (one per day)
• Announcements are made by CHFA staff
• CHFA will assign the announcement timing (first-come, first-served)

All opportunities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Where applicable, advertising content is subject to CHFA Advertising Policy and approval. CHFA reserves the right to refuse any advertisements and/or orders. Orders are not reserved until full payment has been received and all payments are non-refundable.

The exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that CHFA has no responsibility to assess the legality or regulatory compliance of any of the products or services promoted in CHFA branded publications / vehicles. The exhibitor represents, warrants and covenants that it has all necessary rights to market and advertise the product(s) and that the advertising of such products and services is in compliance with applicable laws.
