2025 IACP Annual Educational Conference Recap
The International Association of Canine Professionals 2025 Annual Educational Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia USA from Monday, July 28th through Thursday, July 31st.

In our mission to educate, support and develop canine professionals, the IACP will have use of the conference center.

Element sponsor opportunities include:

Breakfast and lunch will be served in the Conference Hall which will allow for ample traffic flow during the event.

Attendees will have easy access to the Expo Hall which is just a short walk from the conference lecture areas.

Tables, chairs, and electricity are available.

Single Vendor Booth - $1,250.00 USD

- 10' X 10' space

- One (1) 8' table (draped table, two chairs, waste basket)

- Load in: Monday, July 28th, 2025 - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

- Breakdown: Thursday, July 31st, 2025 - 3:45 pm -6:00 pm

- Two (2) Breakfasts and Two (2) Lunches included per day

- Electricity and wifi available.

Vendors will be listed in our event program, social media blasts, website, and event page.

Vendors will recieve notice of approval or denial within three business days of application.

Vendors with custom invoices must be fully paid 30 days before the conference.

Tickets to attend the Annual Educational Conference are not included in vendor space, but are available for additional purchase.

Non-service dogs will not be permitted without express written permission from the IACP.
