SCHOOL RECORDS AND SCHOOL COUNSELOR RECOMMENDATION RELEASE To have your application processed and accepted into the program, a guidance counselor must fill out a School counselor recommendation. This will be emailed to the guidance counselor you identified in your application immediately once you click submit on this application. Please provide the correct email address to your guidance counselor, if this is incorrect your application will not be processed in a timely manner or at all. Please confirm you have reviewed your PCC application materials and consent to your school providing your student's school records.*

Please note: No student should apply for the Advanced Studies Program unless they are mature, responsible, and committed to be in residence for the entire four weeks. All applicants should be interested in diligent study, and be willing to follow the rules and regulations of the Program Code of Conduct.
