Poster Session - Abstract Submission Available
The organizers invite applicants to submit an abstract for poster presentation during the poster session on March 1. Abstracts should be submitted on topics that are in line with the Course Program.

IMPORTANT

Selection Process - Acceptance notifications will be provided via email with additional information on poster specifications. Selected participants must reply by the specified date noted in the acceptance letter to secure their spot in the poster session.

Registration
Presenters of accepted abstracts will be required to register for the 2024 MDS-ES Focused Workshop.

Registration Fees
Members: $300 USD
No Fee Members: $225 USD
Nonmembers: $400 USD

*Non-members wishing to apply for MDS Membership to receive the MDS Member rate for this course will need to apply for membership no later than 2 weeks in advance of session.

Abstract Submission Instructions
Abstracts should be in English, with a maximum of 500 words. Please use single spacing and Times New Roman, 12-point font. Abstracts of research papers should provide a brief description of research objectives, methodology, theory and summary of results and/or conclusions. Please do not include any charts, bibliographies or footnotes. Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously.
