- To provide our services efficiently, we require a spacious, safe location with permission to be on-premises if you're not the owner. It's essential to ensure safe conditions to service your vehicle. Please note, if your vehicle is parked on an uneven or hill surface, you may be required to provide electricity.

In the event that the agreed-upon conditions are not met upon arrival, we retain the right to postpone the service to a mutually convenient later time/date. Additionally, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged.

If the service is being provided at your home, kindly ensure that all vehicles that will be leaving are adjusted beforehand, to avoid interrupting our setup.

In accordance with our policy, all payments made via credit or debit card will incur a surcharge of 3.5% plus $0.10 of the total amount (members are exempt from this fee). Payment for services rendered must be completed on the same day as the scheduled appointment. If a customer is unable to attend, they may either arrange for payment prior to the appointment or receive an invoice via email and text, which must be settled in full by 6 PM on the same day. Failure to make timely payment will result in a 15% late fee, which will increase daily until the outstanding balance is paid, particularly if the card on file fails. Customers will receive a follow-up phone call to notify them of any outstanding balances that require full payment.
Please note that a valid card on file is required to book any appointment. Upon scheduling your appointment, we will reach out to you promptly. If we are unable to make contact, please do not assume that your appointment is confirmed; it is your responsibility to follow up as needed.

We require a minimum of 24-hours (MEMBERS ONLY 12 hours) notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled detailing service if canceled by the customer on the day of said scheduled service unless extreme circumstances could not allow you to keep the scheduled service.

We reserve the right to charge a $100 non-refundable retainer if the customer has canceled and rescheduled multiple times.

We reserve the right to alter or relocate a booking in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or equipment malfunction, without imposing any penalty on 3MAutoSpaLLC.

Prior to any service, kindly ensure that your vehicle is free of ALL personal belongings, money, and any other valuable items.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to clean areas such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment unless they are cleared of any personal belongings. This precaution is essential to uphold customer privacy and safeguard their personal items.

Due to child safety, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.

Our pricing policy dictates that each vehicle's charges are contingent upon factors such as size, condition, location, and customer expectations.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing during the detailing service if it differs from the initial cost.

A minimum surcharge of $25 dollars (subject to increse depending on the situation & condition.) will be automatically add to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, broken glass, or other hazardous materials.

Eliminating pet hair and sand from a vehicle presents a challenging task for traditional vacuuming methods. While we cannot guarantee the complete removal of these elements, our service offerings are usually successful in eliminating 99% of visual appearance.

While we strive to provide satisfactory results in the removal of stains and odors from vehicles, we cannot guarantee complete removal. We approach each case with a commitment to do our best, but it's important to note that certain upholstery and carpet materials may be beyond cleaning and may not clean up entirely as anticipated. In some cases, stains may be permanent. We may need to consult with you to determine what can and cannot be accomplished in terms of restoring your vehicle's interior.

At our best, we aspire to provide you with a clean impeccable windows. However, external factors such as temperature may cause a film to develop on them. If you notice streaks, please allow the car to cool, then utilize a microfiber towel to wipe off the film. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are Not Responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.

We will only clean engine bays and sunroofs/moonroofs upon request. (*additional fee)
We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine bays and sunroofs/moonroofs due to areas simply getting wet from the wash/cleaning process. Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order. There is no way of knowing of these problems before we begin, so please understand that if issues do arise after our detailing process, we will NOT be held responsible.

The headliner is gently cleaned, however, there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release if cleaned more aggressively or with stronger cleaners. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean due to this reason. If you choose to clean them at your own risk, they may look clean but will sag over time due to the glue being compromised.

We do not use harsh cleaning products on any interior or exterior areas. All of our products are safe and do not chemically damage carpets, leather, vinyl, plastic, painted, clear coated, or chrome surfaces.
- We only use our own detailing products and will not use products provided by customers.

We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be completely removed either on the surface or deep within the wheel. Some wheels are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced.

Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap and tar will chemically etch into your vehicle's paintwork if left for a period of time by the sun UV rays. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork that may need additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without compromising the clearcoat.

Exterior black or grey, textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoration and will have to be replaced. We try our best to restore the plastic to its original color.
- We do not dress or coat the plastic running boards on trucks and suvs since it may cause a slip hazard. If you request that we dress these you accept all liability.

Any wax, sealant, or ceramic coating not properly cared for will not last its intended durability length. We recommend safe hand washing.

We value your time and personal property and will always display politeness and courtesy. However, we retain the right to refuse, deny, or discontinue service if we determine the customer's behavior to be unreasonable.

We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered

For your safety please keep a safe distance, at least 10-15 feet away from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards. If you need to speak to us while we are working on your vehicle please make sure to get our attention from a distance. We try to pay attention to our surroundings.
- In the event that we have applied a ceramic coating to your vehicle's paint, trim, wheels, or glass, choosing to opt out of our maintenance program relieves us of any responsibility for any premature coating failure. To ensure the coating's longevity for 1-5 years, we strongly recommend considering our maintenance program, which includes upkeep every 6 - 18 months. Ultimately, the choice rests with the customer. *ASK FOR DETAILS

We recommend Stay Fresh Detailing Service at least once a year if not more, to keep your vehicle looking & feeling its best. Especially our 3MAutoSpaLLC Family Members.

As a 3MAutoSpaLLC Member, if you opt for Bi-weekly maintenance of your vehicle/s and cross the one-month mark, Monthly maintenance after the two-month mark, or Bi-monthly maintenance after the third-month mark, it's essential to ensure that your vehicle/s receives the scheduled maintenance detail regularly. In the event of a missed maintenance detail due to weather or scheduling conflict, the Stay Fresh Service must be initiated to reset the detail maintenance program.
- If you have scheduled any of our Ceramic Coating service, You agreed to pay $250 for deposit please understand this is a non-refundable deposit.
- FLEET ACCOUNTS under a bi-weekly or monthly maintenance service must have vehicles backed in and centered in their parking spots, allowing ample space to maneuver around them. Incorrectly parked vehicles will be photographed, and the designated contact person will be notified. Even if a vehicle is not completely washed, the full price will still apply.
- FLEET ACCOUNTS You are responsiable for ensuring that all vehicles windows are closed. If a window is broken, please inform us promptly.
- FLEET ACCOUNTS To uphold respect for our employees at 3MAutoSpaLLC, we will not discard any personal items, including urine bottles, inadvertently left behind by drivers.
