Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than one month (30 days) prior to wedding date. Any cancellations after that date will result in a full charge for the appointment(s). Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist, muas and other clients.
BOOKING: To secure a date, a signed bride wedding info and deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit is 50% of the service total (excluding trial) and will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.
Accepted forms of payment include: cash, venmo, cashapp, and all major credit cards. If you do need to use any credit card, there is a 5% extra fee that will be added onto your total on day of service.
Extra Time: A fee of $50.00 will be charged for every 60 minutes of any stay over time if clients chooses or needs the artist to stay for a touchup throughout the day.
PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the
final bill and will be due on the day of the event.
TRAVEL FEES: Travel within 30 minutes of (PixieDust Salon Location) is a charge of $40. A mileage fee ($1/mile, two-way) will be charged for locations outside of the 30 minutes radius of PixieDust location.
Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup/hair if traveling is needed.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are mostly hypoallergenic. Any allergies and / or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist of PixieDust from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
PAYMENT: The final balance is due on the day of the event before the makeup artist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s)appear on this contract. If you have added attendants, you are responsible for the full amount of that add-on even if that person does not show up as we have alotted that time frame for it.
