Cypert Insurance has explained the following homeowner's policy endorsements to me and I have signed my initials next to the coverages I have decided to NOT add to my homeowner's policy.

Cypert Insurance has explained the difference between a 1% deductible and a 2% or higher deductible for wind/wail and all perils and I have signed my initials next to the deductibles that I have chosen to be higher than 1%.
