    Booking Information 

    Thank you for your interest in starting your lock journey with Loc'd N Luv'd by Linda Michelle. All clients must complete this agreement and client intake form in order to book an appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give 48 hrs notice or there will be an inconvenience charge. Please read and sign the Cancelation and No Show Policy next.     There will be a one hundred dollar ($100) deposit required to book a scheduled Loc Establishment. All deposits are non-refundable, but are applied to the total cost of your hair service. If for any reason you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule to another available time as long as you reschedule at least 2 days before the initial scheduled appointment. If you try to reschedule inside the 2 days or cancel the appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

    All services, new establishments and transfer services must have a scheduled consultation. Consultation fees are non-refundable.

    Please be advised do not bring kids or guests with you to your appointment without PRIOR APPROVAL. Exceptions are made at the owners discretion. Any damages to the salon, tools, or any item in the salon will be replaced at the clients expense. Please arrange child care prior to your appointment. All children 6-12 years old and receiving services must have 1 adult present.

    Our Lock Adornment Sprinkles can be added to any hair service.
