    Acceptance notifications will go out Monday, Nov 23rd.

     

    NOTE: This application is not a contract and does not guarantee a space at an event. All information must be completed for the application to be accepted for consideration. Those who are selected will be notified. You will be contacted if you are accepted. Please do not call to check on the status of your booth.

    Clearwater Art in the Park is accepting applications for Fine Art vendors only. Jewelry, food or artisan vendors must apply to be a vendor through Market Marie. Here is the link: https://themarketculture.com/applications/

  • Note: If you choose to provide information, unless specifically exempted by Florida Statutes, such information is a public record under Florida's Government in the Sunshine Laws and available for public inspection upon demand. Under Florida law, e-mail addresses provided to municipalities are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, please do not submit your e-mail address here. Contact our office by phone or in writing for further assistance and for an alternative, print application.

  • Table/Booth Information

    All vendors will have a space of 10 ft. x 10 ft. Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own tent, table(s) and chairs. All vendors must have a minimum of 2 people at their booth. Please list all individuals who will be participating in your party. Note: No electricity available and please bring your own Wi-Fi as public Wi-Fi is a bit spotty.

  • General Terms and Conditions

  • Vendor's Understanding and Consent

    • By submitting an application I (or the company I am representing), and should my application be accepted, agree to all the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations set by the City of Clearwater.

    • I (or the company I am representing) understand that the Clearwater of Clearwater, at its sole discretion, may alter the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of any agreements made with or without notice.

    • If I (or the company I am representing) run into any problems leading up to the Art in the Park event, I will contact the Event Committee as soon as possible so that a solution can be found in order to prevent issues happening the day of the event.

    • Vendor shall save and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and representatives, from any and all liability arising from claims, suits, or judgments for death, personal injury, bodily injury, or property damage on account of the negligent or willful acts of Vendor, its employees, agents, and representatives, having in any way caused such liability in connection with this event.  Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of any immunity or limitation of liability that the City may be entitled under the doctrine of sovereign immunity or Section 768.28, Florida Statutes.

    • Vendor shall be fully responsible for any damage that its causes to City property and agrees to reimburse the City for such damage.

       

    Table/Booth Information 

    • Vendor is responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other items they may need.

    • Participants who intend to sell goods/services must register for a Business Tax Reciept (BTR) Business Tax Receipt (BTR) & Business Registrations

    • The City of Clearwater reserves the right to change or alter the table/booth space provided as needed, at their sole discretion, and with or without prior notice.

    Rules/Regulations

    • I (or the company that I am representing) agree to not display any material that is offensive or inappropriate for children to view since a majority of the patrons attending this event are children and families.

    • I (or the company that I am representing) agree to keep any audio that is playing at a reasonable noise level and acknowledge that the event staff reserve the right to ask any vendor to either turn down the volume or turn off the audio if necessary.

    • I (or the company that I am representing) understand that my table/booth cannot block or interfere with any other booth/table or block any exits or aisles. 

    Exhibition

    • Pornographic material of any kind is strictly forbidden and can result in expulsion from the event. 

    • If a publisher, artist, or copyright holder finds that their property is being sold unlicensed by any vendor at the Art in the Park event then that vendor will be immediately removed from the premises and will not be allowed to return the following years as a vendor.

    Media

    • "Say Cheese" Photo Policy: Video and photographs taken by any city of Clearwater department at city programs and events are often used in presentations, social media, display boards, flyers, brochures, and city publications. If you do not wish to have your picture or a family member’s picture taken, please let the photographer know in advance.
    • Photos, videos, and audio that are captured at the event and then tagged or shared with the Clearwater Public Library, may be shared and used for marketing and promotional services by the city on social media. Credit will be given to the original poster.

  • I (or the company that I am representing) understand and agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations required to participate in the Clearwater Art in the Park event and have read this application in its entirety.
