Important: Please note that a fee of $250 will be required before any of your following submissions, credentials and/or letters of recommendation may be reviewed. After completing the form, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours of submission.
Instructions: Please fill out the sections of the form to the best of your abilities. Please be sure to submit all materials that the IHF has requested. You may skip over sections that you have already submitted to the IHF or information that the IHF has not required you to submit.

Letters of Recomendation

Please provide two letters of reference from professionals in the horse industry who appreciate your talents, such as a mentor, instructor, service provider, etc., as well as two letters of reference from students or clients (over 18 years of age).
