  • 1. Parties
    In this agreement ClickATeam acts as the "Agency" and the client signing this agreement acts as the "Company".

    2. Services:
    The Agency will work with the Company on a month-to-month basis to provide a complete cold email outreach system that consists of a SETUP Phase and an on-going month-to-month MANAGEMENT Phase:

    SETUP PHASE: (2 weeks)

    • Complete outreach system based on the Instantly cold email outreach platform.
    • 10 domains setup
    • 50 email accounts (5 email accounts per domain.
    • MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC DNS setup
    • Master inbox forwarding, email filtering, domain forwarding.
    • List scraping/building
    • List cleaning and verification
    • Creation of initial cold email copy scripts with spin-text

    MANAGEMENT PHASE: 4 weeks, consisting of:

    - WARMUP: (Week 1-2)
    - OUTREACH: (Week 3-4)

    • Sending of 1,000 - 1,500 cold emails per day on business days.
    • Integration of leads to a GHL account via form (optional)
    • Manual data input of positive replies with contact data to a shared Google spreadsheet.
    • Managing the system to make sure each email's account health score is above 85% (which impacts deliverability rate).
    • Making sure systems are up to date in terms of Google's algorithm changes and updates to function properly.
    • Private slack channel support.

    3. Revisions and Change of Scope:
    As the Agency will work as an extension of the Service Company’s team, changes to the scope are limited only to hours of work only. While the Agency will deliver support to the Company, within the agreed times, revisions and changes to the scope requested by the Company may cause the timeline to be extended like for example weekends.

    4. Duration of Agreement:
    The agreement mentioned here, covers 45 days of work. (2 weeks of setup time + 2 weeks of email warm + 2 weeks of actual email sending).

    Although there are no long-term contracts, the Company is in knowledge that the system starts generating consistent results after the full 6-weeks on month 2. 

    After this 45 day period, the Agency guarantees a minimum of 25 positive replies per month coming in from the cold email outreach system on month 2 and onwards.  If the Agency is not able to fulfill on this we agree to stop retainer rebilling until the minimum is achieved.

    5. Investment:
    The fees provided here within, shall be the Agency’s sole compensation from the Company for the Services. In consideration for these services, the Company will agree to make a one-time payment of $1,000 for the first 45 days of work.

    If the company decides to continue with the Agency, the Company must make monthly recurring payments of:
    Option A: $500 /mo to continue with cold email system management and sending of emails or
    Option B: $1,000 /mo to include option A + an appointment setter to follow up with leads and book the appointments by phone.

    6. Additional Investments (Not included in the price):
    - 10 GoDaddy domains ($120 per year)
    - 50 Google email accounts ($4.00 / mo each for a total of $200/mo) - paid directly to our Google reseller
    - $97/mo for the software to manage sending of Cold Emails

    7. Cancellation of Service:
    - If the Company decides to stop working with the agency on a monthly basis, a notiification must be sent to the Agency via the Company's private Slack channel or via email to cat@clickateam.com five (5) days in advance, for the Agency to be able to stop and cancell all recurring costs related to the cold email system.

    8. Refund Policy:
    Although there are no obligatory long-term commitments on this service, since a complete outbound system is built and managed for the Company, so all sales are final and under no circumstance, does ClickATeam offer partial or complete refunds.

    9. Company’s Obligations:
    Although this is a done-for-you service, in order for the service to work correctly, the company agrees and commits to doing the following things.

    • Take a maximum of the first 2-week period to fill onboarding form, purchase domains and book your onboarding call with out customer success manager. (Failing to do so will affect your first 45 days of work, covered in this agreement)
    • Provide immediate feedback through your Slack Channel, whenever the Company needs help or if something is not provided as expected.
    • Book bi-weely calls with our Customer Success Manager to provide regular feedback on the work we are providing as an agency.
