          We will prepare your deed poll on quality card which we will post to you.  You will need to arrange for someone to witness and sign this for you.  This will be your original master copy.  You will need to take copies yourself or scan the original if you want to send this to relevant organisations.We will email you a digital copy that you will be able to print if you require additional copies along with instructions to follow to help you complete the deed poll when you receive it.
