Business Mailing Lists
For business mailing lists, we need the following address components: company name, address line 1, address line 2, city, state, and zip code.
Each component needs to be in separate columns and the formatting needs to be consistent throughout the entire list.
Please note the following:
The first name and last name components can be in separate columns or in a single column. But it must be consistent throughout the entire list.
The address line 1 and address line 2 components can be in separate columns or in a single column, but the formatting must be consistent throughout the entire list.
You may include the name of the recipient - this information can be combined in one column that includes the first and last name or it can be provided in separate columns, one for the first name and one for the last name. If included the formatting of the name column must be consistent throughout the address list.
You may also include the recipients' tile if included, the recipients' title must be in a separate column.
