Booking Instructions:

Step 1: Once you're redirected to the booking site, you'll want to choose Kat Roman as the staff you'd like to book with.

Step 2: Find the "First Time Booking" Section in which you'll find the Booking Blocks to choose from.

Step 3: Select the Booking Block stated in the email that you received the link for this form.

Step 4: Follow the prompts to book your appointment.

You will be required to put a Credit Card on file (stored securely) to book with me, however, you will only be charged 15% upon booking, the rest will be due at the end of your first appointment with me, which you can use whichever payment method is most convenient for you.

If you're unable to book an appointment that works well for you, you have also received a link to the VIP Existing Guest Waitlist in the email sent before the submission of this form.

You'll receive an email with the required intake form to fill out upon submission.
