This is an application form for food traders to apply for our events in 2024. We will be in contact if you have been successful with all the relevant information. Please note: When applying for the events below, please ensure that you either fit in with the theme of that event or can create specials that apply to this event.

ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS
The electricity fee for our events in £50+VAT per day (this may be subject to change). This will be sent to you as soon as we confirm the event with you which will act as a deposit on the event - the amount will then be used for electricity on the date.

No electric fryers are able to be used at the venue. If you are frying, you must use an LPG fryer. Please confirm that you acknowledge and agree?

HEALTH AND SAFETY DOCUMENTS
If you are accepted to our event, it is important that all traders comply with Environmental Health Organisations Regulations. If you are accepted, please sent the following documents to katie@seasonalmarkets.co.uk as soon as possible. It's important that these documents are also in your set up at the event too, so please make sure that you have them to have.
