• Paying by Cheque: Please complete your Membership Form and then mail your cheque to Arts Council ~ Haliburton Highlands, Box 931, 5152 County Rd. 21, Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0 or drop off during office hours (can be slipped under the Arts Council office door)

• Paying by E-transfer: Please send your e-transfer payment to haliburtonarts@haliburtonarts.on.ca. For e-transfers, please complete this form in addition to using your own banking platform to e-transfer the membership fee. You will need to select a security question and answer and share that information with the Arts Council (sadly we don't qualify for auto-deposit due to our 2-signature non-profit bank account).
