Please prepare to submit a copy of Business's Reseller Permit, Business License and Owner's Driver License. Application will approximately take about 20 minutes.

Once we have received your application, we will contact you for any additional information. Once your application is approved, our sale representative will contact you to discuss about purchasing.

We understand your terms are net check, money order. ACH or wire transfer payment. We understand that Sun Lee, Inc. do not authorize any employees to accept cash payment. Sun Lee, Inc will not be responsible for missing cash payment. In the event that payment is not received within the due date, a service charge of 2% per month will be added to all past due accounts (24% annum). If your account is sent to collection agency whether or not a suit is filed, the undersigned hereby agree(s) to pay all collection costs (25%) and such additional costs as the court deem reasonable as attorney fees and collection fees.

For value received, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of your advancing credit to Business Name*, I/We Guarantor (s)*, as guarantor (s), whose signatures are inscribed below, hereby guarantee prompt payment to Sun Lee, Inc., of all amounts now due or which may hereafter become due and owing to you from purchasers.

Liability of the undersigned shall not be affected of prejudiced by the additional acceptance of a note or evidence of indebtedness, the extension of time, payment arrangement, or other indulgence granted to purchaser, or by agreement affecting said indebtedness, and the undersigned hereby waives notice of all of the aforesaid.

The filing of suit or exhaustion of collection or legal remedies against said purchaser shall not be a condition precedent to the enforcement of this guarantee and suit may be brought against the undersigned presentment for payment, protest, notice of protest or diligence.

This guarantee shall be construed as an absolute continuing guarantee and continue until you have actually received a notice in writing of termination executed by all parties. All notices hereunder shall be sent to Sun Lee, Inc. by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested. Postage fully prepaid to the address given above. Should the undersigned elect to terminate this guarantee, such termination shall not affect the liability of the undersigned as to the accounts and amount then owing from purchaser.

In the event that any action is taken for collection on the account, whether or not suit is filed, the undersigned hereby agrees to pay all court costs and such additional sum as the court may deem reasonable as attorney’s fees.

In consideration of economic benefits to be derived by us, we unconditionally guarantee the payment of all sums due Sun Lee, Inc. by purchaser; including but not limited to, the payment of the principal sum, interest, collection fees, and attorneys’ fees, plus any cost of collection.
