Eligibility Requirements
- School
  - Eligible entites are schools (serving kindergarten or any of grades 1-12)
  - School must be physically located in unincorporated Ventura County
  - School must be currenly subscribed to trash, recycling, and organics collection service and must be in compliance or taking steps to comply with SB1383 edible food recovery requirements
  - Limit ten (10) recycling containers and ten (10) organics containers per school site. Lids are included.
- Business
  - Business must be physically located in unincorporated Ventura County
  - Business must be currenly subscribed to trash, recycling, and organics collection service and must be in compliance or taking steps to comply with SB1383 edible food recovery requirements (if applicable)
  - Limit ten (10) recycling containers and ten (10) organics containers per business. Lids are included.

Funding Sources

Indoor organics recycling collection containers are paid for with SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant funds. Indoor recycling containers are paid for with City County Payment Program grant funds.
