The website will announce on the day of each event whether there are any tickets on the door on a first come basis from advertised open times.

There will be a separate queue for people with no tickets.

No tickets can be reserved on the day, due to many past "no shows"

ALL DANCERS MUST BE LEROC SURREY MEMBERS when buying tickets.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL.

SO ALWAYS CARRY YOUR LEROC SURREY MEMBERSHIP CARD

If yours is an online membership to obtain tickets, collect the membership card when checking in, you will be given your Membership number in advance, so bring that number with you. If the front desk is busy and you have forgotten the number, it maybe too busy without delaying others behind trying to check in and you will have to leave it for another day. Same for anyone.

 

PLEASE NOTE - 

If you resell a female ticket, this can only be purchased by a female.

If you resale a male ticket, this can only be purchased by a male.

LeRoc Surrey must be notified before arrival at any event, of any name changes

Failure to so, evokes the ticket and if a person is found going under an "assumed name" on the night, they will be asked to leave with no refunds. It is not possible to change a name on the 23rd or 31st. 

IF THIS EVENT CANNOT TAKE PLACE

In the event of cancellation of the event, i.e. a Covid Lockdown, a credit to the value of your ticket (excluding any admin fees) can be used against a future entry to a LeRoc Surrey event in 2025, BEFORE 31st March 2025.
