House call appointment fees are due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. (Charged per home visit, not per pet). All other service fees are due at the end of your appointment. Services are priced per animal.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are not equipped to provide medical treatment for sick or injured pets. Our mobile service does not have prescription medications on hand or diagnostic equipment necessary to address such cases. Therefore, we are unable to provide care for emergency situations.

We highly recommend scheduling in-home euthanasia appointments 1-2 days or more in advance. Same-day appointments ARE NOT guaranteed.
