I am a local artist and experienced art facilitator committed to foraging, making and using natural pigments and materials to foster connection with nature and each other. I have been faciliating wellbeing, creative workhops in Mulbarton village over the last few years and looking at further ways to extend this.
I am looking to collaborate with Central Coop to offer some minimally priced creative workshops for COOP members, as we believe creativity should be available to all and research shows it affects wellbeing in many positive ways.
Workshops would focus on nature connection and include a short breathing meditation, a creative process using materials from the natural world, or recylced/sustainable ones as far as possible, and refreshments.
They will be stand alone and open to adults - no experience is necessary. All materials and equipment would be provided too. The sessions would be limited to 10-12 people due to equipment needed; ensure everyone has access to guidance and foster a supportive environment.
If you could fill in the form below to help guide decisions about when these would occur, if I am successful in gaining COOP funding. Completing the form does not commit you to anything, but you can include your email if you would like to be kept informed of the progress of this collaboration. Please complete by Friday 19th June.
