Hello, and thank you for your interest in booking a design with Holly! Before submitting this form, please make sure you have carefully read through the information provided.

We will be sending out approval emails on a quarterly basis, at the end of each quarter (December, March, June, September). These emails will contain a link to book appointment openings for the following three months: January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December.

When selecting photos for portrait reference, please keep in mind that high-resolution, clear images with good lighting and composition will help her provide you with the best possible tattoo design. We appreciate your efforts to provide us with the most helpful and relevant information to help Holly create a design that meets your expectations.
