Vendor Pop-up/Trunk Show Submissions
Thank you for your interest in Blackthorns Mercantile's event space for your next pop-up. Please fill out the form below for consideration. Due to the amount of inquiries, not all submissions will be responded to. Approved product submissions must match the products you plan to showcase. Accepted participants will be notified and further information will be sent. Approved vendors will be charged a $50 reservation fee for the date of the pop-up event. This amount is non-refundable unless otherwise canceled by Blackthorn Mercantile. Blackthorn retains 40% of vendor product sales for all Pop-up, Markets and Trunk show events hosted in our event space.

Vendor Agreement:
Please read the following guidelines and sign below. Vendor fees (if applicable) are non-refundable for any reason unless the event is canceled by the host. Vendors must provide necessary equipment to operate their space. Chairs are provided. Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their pop-up area. Hold Harmless: By signing this form, you affirm and agree to hold harmless the Blackthorn Mercantile, its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any and all loss, claim, action, suit or liability to third persons (including attorney fees at trial and appeal), from any cause whether directly or indirectly related to this event or this agreement including but not limited to claims for injury to persons including death or destruction of property; whether intentional, negligent or consequential as result of any act or omission or yours, or the officers, director, employees or agents of your business.
