This form indicates that on acceptance into the NABA student accommodation, the student will adhere to all house rules. By signing this form the player agrees to pay to the NABA a deposit of €500 and one week's rent according to their bed selection.

The student agrees to sign into this weekly payment by signing this agreement. The student will then pay weekly in advance payment via direct transfer from the card details entered in this submission or by cash to the accommodation manager.

Any breach of house rules can lead to deductions from the deposit, or for more serious cases eviction from the house and academy or all three. In a case where a student is evicted from the house his/her agreement with the academy will also be terminated and any remaining said deposit not returned.
