It is a requirement of your stay with NABA that you are a member of the NAB Academy ltd and member of our growing community- On signing this registration you recognise that your stay at our accommodation is part of a NABA membership and agree to our course works as prescribed above by you. Possibility of extending your stay/course with NABA by informing the accommodation manager one month in advance.

This form indicates that on acceptance into the NABA student accommodation, the student will adhere to all house rules and our tems and conditions which includes our cancellation policy. By signing this form the player agrees to pay to the NABA a deposit of €1000 and one week's rent according to their bed selection.

The student agrees to sign into this weekly payment by signing this agreement. The student will then pay weekly in advance payment via direct transfer from the card details entered in this submission or by cash to the accommodation manager.

€39/week will be deducted from the deposit for charges :

WIFI Internet Access
Rubbish Removal
Electricity & Heat
Cleaning of common areas
Concierge on duty
Campus management charge
All Taxes

Any breach of house rules can lead to deductions from the deposit, or for more serious cases eviction from the house and academy or all three. In a case where a student is evicted from the house his/her agreement with the academy will also be terminated and any remaining said deposit not returned.
