Welcome to the EMW2024 Registration Form

Please fill out the appropriate fields below and hit submit on the Payment Page, You will be taken to PayPal where you can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or use your PayPal account. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card. All fees are in US Dollars.

Early Bird pricing in effect until May 24th

1. $140 -Participant includes 1 Person with 1 Car, Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, any lunches provided, Car Show and All Driving events

2. $85 - Enthusiast (no Car) includes Program, Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, any lunches provided, Navigator only in car events

3. $25 - One Additional Entry to Car Show - for Registered Participant

4. $30 - Additional Driver adds Registered Enthusiast or Participant as a Driver of one Participant's car for Autocross, Funkhana and Rally

5. $35 - Child is defined as 15 and under and includes Goody Bag, Awards Banquet, any lunches provided.

6. $35 - Panorama style group Photo.

7. +$45 - End of Early Bird Pricing after May 24 - EARLY BIRD PRICING NOW ENDED

Please note that after May24, 2024 we will be closing pre-order for clothing due to the supplier cut off dates. If you register less than 14 days before the event, there is no guarantee of goody bags or meals. CLOTHING PRE-ORDERS NOW CLOSED

Information on Car Show and Autocross Catagories are available on the EMW2024 website. You will need to know these before completing the registration form.

If you choose PayPal you will be taken the PayPal site where you can use your PayPal account. After Payment with PayPal you will return to the registration form and click the SUBMIT button. If you select Credit Card payment, fill in the information and click the SUBMIT button. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use a credit card. All fees are in US Dollars. By submitting this registration form to EMWCANAM I am aware that all attendees are required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement to participate in each of the events. I am aware that if a minor is participating or attending the events, there is also a requirement to sign a Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement and Minor’s Assumption of Rick and Release and Waiver of Liability. Copies of these forms are located on the EMW2024 website. Please review these before submitting your registration form. The signing of the Release and Waiver forms is a pre-condition to participating in the events. These forms must be signed on location at the meet, or you will not be permitted to participate in the events.

In submitting this registration form, all attendees on the registration grant to EMWCANAM, the right to take photographs of themselves and their family in connection with the above-identified event. All attendees on the registration authorize EMWCANAM, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

All attendees on the registration agree that EMWCANAM may use such photographs of them with or without their name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
