Notice of Danger of Maladministration in Unlawful Mandates and Lockdowns
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I, one of the People (as seen in the Michigan Constitution Article 1 Section 1) Sui Juris, republican in form, am serving you this Notice, so that you and your agents, as the trustees and servants of the People, may provide immediate due care;
Please take Notice that the People have assembled to consult for our common good, and now realize that the government was never granted any authority to write law over the inherent rights of the People that were declared reserved to the People in all 50 states bill of rights. No law can be made to abrogate those rights, as the government merely serves as public officers, trustees, and servants of the People, for our benefit and the securing of those rights. The People have reserved all rights to life, liberty, property, conscience, worship, and the pursuit of happiness to themselves. This includes the right to be free from restraint or force regarding mandates, such as but not limited to wearing face coverings, stay in place orders, and vaccine mandates which include all vaccines past, present, and future. Our bodies are our property; and no law can be made to deprive or divest our right to choose for ourselves what we want to place on or in our bodies; and hold the public liberty to travel without restrictions. These are rights that shall forever remain inalienable, (please see evidence below)
Michigan Constitution Declaration of Rights Section 1: Political Power
"All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection." [underline added for emphasis]
Michigan Constitution Declaration of Rights Section 4: Freedom of Worship and Religious Relief; Appropriations [excerpt]
"Every person shall be at liberty to worship God according to the dictates of his own conscience. No person shall be compelled to attend, or, against his consent, to contribute to the erection or support of any place of religious worship, or to pay tithes, taxes or other rates for the support of any minister of the gospel or teacher of religion." [underline added for emphasis]
Michigan Constitution Declaration of Rights Section 10: Attainder, Ex Post Facto Laws; Impairment of Contracts
"No bill of attainder, ex post facto law or law impairing the obligation of contract shall be enacted." [underline added for emphasis]
Miranda V. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966)
"Where rights secured by the Constitution(s) are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them."
Please take Notice all states in our republican form of government require an oath of office, sworn to protect individual liberty as a condition to be hired as Trustee; and that all People are guaranteed to have the same rights in all states. It is your duty to protect the rights of the People in enjoyment of their inherent rights. If you believe in panic or emergency that you can remove the People's right to freely exercise liberty, movement, worship, commerce, or any other purpose that is lawful, Please show constitutional authority granting you that power within 5 business days, sworn under penalty of perjury, by affidavit or you agree that any action you carry out against any of the People by blocking the People's rights to enjoy freedom, with any lockdown, mandate, or forced use of any medical device is done with malice, intent, and purposeful transgression against your trust indenture/constitution. You further agree, any public officials or private actors who are bound by contract to the Michigan Constitution, agrees to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice and to be bound thereby; and that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth, and law in all courts of record.
This notice is sent to you in peace and with the love of Christ so that you may provide due care to those that have all political power, the People.
