- I understand that if lose or damage the costume in any way, I will be liable for the full cost of the replacement. This includes accessories.
- I agree the costume is my responsibility whilst in my possession.
- I agree to return the costumes exactly how it was given to me in the costume bag provided (costumes neatly hung back up on the coat hanger).
- ALL personal items including shoes & stockings must be labelled or they may not be returned to you if left behind.
- I agree to only wear the costume for the intended purpose of the concert & dress rehearsal & not for any other reason.
- If the costume has bodily fluids on it please contact us for washing instructions. Please do not wash the costumes without contacting us first, they have very specific washing requirements.
- Any costume returned with dirty marks, including makeup, will incur a $10 cleaning fee per costume.
- I understand that I will incur a $10 cleaning fee if my costume bag is returned dirty or stained. I also understand I will be liable for the full cost of replacement if the bag is damaged.
-I understand that all costumes & accessories must be brought back to the studio on Sunday the 14th of December.
- I understand that if do not return concert costumes in the required time period, I will be charged a $10 late fee per costume.
-I understand that if my child arrives without stockings, with the wrong colour stockings, or stockings that are dirty or have holes, that replacement stockings will be provided & I will be charged $18 per pair.
