  • ALL INCLUSIVE FEES
    Our all inclusive fees are a simple amount that is direct debited fortnightly with trusted company Ezidebit. 2 weeks written notice must be give for any changes to be made on the account. All associated charges and dishonour fees can be found on the Direct Debit Agreement Form.


    NOT PERFORMING IN A CONCERT?
    If you are unable to do a concert, 10 weeks written notice needs to be given.


    ABSENT FROM CLASS
    If a student is sick or needs to be absent from a class, please text or email us in advance.

    In concert Term 2 & 4, If any class/rehearsal is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, it is the responsibility of the student and parent to arrange an appropriate catch up before attending the following class. Private lessons are available at $40/30mins, and can be arranged at Reception.


    ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
    Students should be dropped off and collected within 15minutes of their class/es unless other arrangements have been made or notification has been given.


    STUDENT LOUNGE
    Students that have a gap in between classes are trusted to be on their best behaviour. There is space for kids to do homework if desired.


    USE OF ROUTINES
    Street Beatz Routines learnt throughout the year are property of Street Beatz and if any student would like to use a Street Beatz routine for a school talent quest or other public performances, please speak with the teacher directly or email us.

  • Parking & Road Safety

  • We are located on a busy road. Please follow the guidelines below to keep everyone safe!


    * DO NOT STOP ANYWHERE ON THE DRIVEWAY!!!

    * Please be responsible at all times, knowing that this is a shared complex and our students safety is our number 1 priority.

    * Please do not allow your child to walk/run across Montague Street by themselves.

    * All younger children should be accompanied by a parent or older sibling to ensure their safety.

    * We have multiple car parks for unit 8 and street parking available.

  • Photo & Video Waiver

    To fully partake in all activities, Street Beatz Hip Hop requires permission and acknowledgment from the parent/guardian (if under 18yrs) for Photos and Videos to be taken by Street Beatz staff, or any associated parties. This is for use on our social media channels such as:- Instagram, Facebook, etc.

  • Alternate Photo & Video Waiver

    There are some circumstances we choose not to exclude students from. This is for videos/photos posted in our private groups on BAND App as well as all media taken at our concerts/events.

  • Terms & Conditions

    Dancing involves a level of risk of personal injury and all participants must be physically and medically fit to attend classes. Although Street Beatz Hip Hop takes all responsible care in the conduct of its classes, participants attend at their own risk. Street Beatz Hip Hop accepts no responsibility for injury or loss incurred in relation to attending dance classes. In case of emergency, Street Beatz Hip Hop is authorised to act and seek assistance at the participants expense.If an advertised teacher becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement of similar qualifications will take the class. If class cannot proceed at any given time or if a student is unable to attend their regular class, no money refunds are given. Instead, students are given the option to partake in another class as a make-up lesson.
