Deposit
- we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book after you will receive a mockup design of the setup you want within a week or 2 weeks before your event.
- however, if the design wanted is one of my previous designs I will not make a mockup. Or if only a balloon garland (no backdrop) was ordered. Unless the client requests/insists.
- this deposit is counted towards your total.
Cancelations
- If a cancellation occurs, the event can be rescheduled. Deposit nnrefundable.
Invoice
- invoice is due the morning of your event or before the day of the event
- We take cash or zelle.
Rentals/Backdrops
- you agree that all items (except balloons) provided in your set up is a rental.
- items will be returned in good condition/not damaged, failure to do so will result in additional fees.
- do not move props once set up is complete, doing so may cause backdrops to fall and we are not liable for damages or injuries if this occurs
- children should be cautious around set up. no running or playing around props, in doing so props can fall over, we are not responsible for damages or injuries if this occurs.
- Client/person booking this event will ensure guests and children will not move props and everything previously stated.
Outdoor installations
- backdrops cannot be placed on an unlevel surface
- we advise not to put balloons under direct sunlight as balloons expand with the heat and are prone to pop. especially darker colors and especially in Summer.
- if you insist on doing otherwise we are not responsible if balloons are damaged.
- If balloons are under direct sunlight and not in a shaded area we will not use balloon shine on them as the shine will allow sunlight to reflect on the balloons more causing them to expand and pop. Especially darker colors as previously mentioned. Exceptions can be made during cooler months.
- If the client insists o balloon shine while balloons are under direct sunlight WE ARE NOT responsible for damaged balloons. Also, we will NOT go back to fix the setup.
- Cold temperatures cause the air inside mylar(foil) balloons to contract leading to shrinkage and valve failure.
- weather can be unpredictable and may affect the installation. (Ex: extreme wind and/or rain.) We take the necessary steps to secure balloons and backdrops. However, we are not liable for weather-related malfunctions.
- We advise to move set up indoors if there is heavy rain, we have the right to refuse a setup location that may be in poor weather conditions.
All balloons perform best when kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or cold drafts.
There will be no refunds for popped balloons.
There will be no refunds for damage to balloons due to conditions beyond our control.
Including but not limited to: heat. cold. rain. sun. wind, temperature fluctuations and Improper or rough handling.
Balloons are not toys. Balloons can present a choking hazard.
Keep balloons away from children and pets to ensure they don't ingest balloons or balloon fragments.
If a balloon pops. dispose of any broken balloons Immediately.
