1. Cancellation/No Show Policy for Scheduled Appointment
I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to
emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at
least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee. After 3rd No Show you will not be allowed to schedule a future appointment.
2. Late Fees
I understand that delays can happen however, I must keep a set schedule to insure great customer service for everyone. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time, there will be a fifteen dollar ($15) fee. If you are 30 minutes late there will be a fifteen dollar ($15) fee and you will have to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If I am running behind a discount will be applied to your services.
