In order to be respectful to the medical needs of all our patients we have established a No Show Policy. GVS patients who do not show-up for their scheduled appointment inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner, and they obstruct our office and personnel
A No Show is someone who misses an appointment without contacting our office to cancel or re-schedule 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation is considered a No Show. If a GVS patient misses two (3) appointments without notification, we will not re-schedule without a $100 deposit and/or a credit card
A No Show or a late cancellation will be recorded in the patient's account, and:
- $40.00 no show fee may be applied to my balance for any Office visit appointments that are missed without rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment.
- $50.00 no show fee may be applied to my balance for any Lab visit appointments that are missed without rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment.
- $75.00 no show fee will be applied to my balance for any Outpatient Interventional Center procedure that is missed without rescheduling or cancelling within 72 hours of my appointment.
- $250.00 no show fee will be applied to my balance for any Outpatient Interventional Center procedure that is missed without rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment, These fees must be settled before another appointment is scheduled.
This fee is not covered by health insurance plans.
Please be courteous and call us if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment SO you don't incur any No Show charges.
