The FIRST Notary signature is covered in the initial service payment of $66, collected at the time of booking.
- Any additional Notary Signatures need in the FIRST document, is an additional $1 per signature
For SECOND & additional documents, the State of Texas requires a $6 for the 1st signature of each document+ $1 for every additional signature in the document. This is PER document.

- Power of Attorney - 2 Notary signatures
- Lease agreement 3 Notary signatures
- Direct deposit form 1 Notary signature
Power of Attorney: 1st Notary signature is included in your intial payment made during booking. Remaining charge for 1st document would be $1
Lease agreement: 1st Notary signature is $6. Additional 2 signatures are $1 each. Charge for 2nd document would be $8
Direct deposit form: 1st Notary signature is $6. No additional Notary signatures are needed. Charge for 3nd document would be $6
Total of New Invoice to be collected: $15
