Wedding Music Selection Form
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials at St. Philip! The music staff looks forward to assisting you in your musical planning for this sacred liturgy. A reminder of some of our music policies as stated in the Marriage Guidelines:
- Music for weddings must be selected from the pre-approved list.
- St. Philip staff organists and singers will provide the music for weddings.
- Additional instrumentalists (strings, trumpet, etc.) will incur a separate fee and must be approved by the Director of Music. The current average rate for outside wedding musicians is $300 per player. To respect their livelihood and profession, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged within 2 weeks of the wedding date.
- Fees for Musicians are: Organist: $300 ($200 for Liturgy only), Cantor: $175
- Printed liturgy guides (programs) will be provided by the parish.
Please complete and submit this form no later than 3 months prior to your wedding date.
