Let’s Rescue Dogs is a foster based nonprofit dog rescue based in Orange County, California dedicated to saving injured, sick, or abandoned dogs from high kill shelters and placing them in loving forever homes. Let's Rescue Dogs is completely is funded by public donations from the animal welfare community and its supporters. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes deworming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.
This questionnaire is designed to help Let's Rescue Dogs and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Let's Rescue Dogs reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions.
The Adoption Process

The adoption process starts with this questionnaire, followed by a virtual home inspection. (A video of your home and yard, if applicable) Once a home inspection is completed, we will set up an initial meet and greet with all members of the home, including other animals that live in the home. If you decide to move forward after the initial meet and greet we will have a one week adoption trial before the fees will be paid, documentation is signed and your dog is officially yours!

Fees:
- Puppies 0-6 months - $450
- Adult Dogs 6 months-6 years - $350
- Senior Dogs 7 years+ - $250
* Fees are approximately 25% of the cost of spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip and general supplies for each dog. Cost does not reflect the "worth" of any individual dog. 100% of adoption fees is a donation that goes directly into saving the next dog.
