PRICING & PAYMENT DETAILS
- Term 1, Week 1 begins Monday 29th January 2024
- All Prices indicated are inclusive of GST, and are based on 45 equal payments from Term 1, Week 1
- The number of payments charged will be adjusted to account for the Term and Week of that Term that you enrolled.
- No refunds are given for missed classes due to illness, holiday or government enforced lockdowns. Students are welcome to login to our Online Studio or book in a make up class where possible.
- Registration Fee must be paid using the payment option provided at the end of this form.
- All Class Package payments must be made through GoCardless direct debit via a payment frequency decided by you - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly.
- Pricing includes 1 concert costume per class taken. Please note - If you join our classes after Week 1, Term 1 a “Concert Package Catch Up” fee will be added to your account per class taken to ensure concert and costume costs are covered in full. This catch up fee is calculated at an additional $3 a week for the weeks missed. For instance - our payment cycle is spread over 45 weeks - meaning if you join us for 1 class per week for a total of 30 weeks of this cycle remaining, you will be charged 15 weeks @ $3 to cover full cost of your concert package costs.
- Inclusive Pricing includes a copy of group photo per class you attend at concert time (sent digitally), end of year trophy, concert t-shirt & a copy of our Concert (provided as a link to each family).
- All concert rehearsals, presentation day activities, and Circus Performance Day activities are also included.
- Students enrolling in our Supernova Performance and Show Team Competition groups will pay an additional $10 per week competition levy to cover additional workshop classes, competition entry fees, and additional costume.
- DANCE CIRQUE CLASSES - Although students do not participate in concert for Dance Cirque, they are involved in an end of year showcase, photo day and awards nights, among other events we hold during the year. Although there is no costume provided, this class has higher minimum safety standard requirements, requiring additional staffing and insurances.
- Concert Catch Up Fees DO NOT APPLY to Dance Cirque class enrolments.
- CANCELLATION of Enrolment requires 2 weeks notice.
