By submitting this registration form, I, registering guest, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation as a guest on the TruLee Life Evolution podcast is voluntary and that I will not receive any compensation for my appearance.

2. Ownership and Use of Content: I grant [TruLee Life Evolution] and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and create derivative works of any audio, video, and photos recorded during the podcast interview. I understand that this content may be used for the company's advertisements, content, and business outreach purposes.

3. Use of Stories and Information: I acknowledge that any stories, information, or experiences shared during the podcast interview may be used by [TruLee Life Evolution] in other content materials, including but not limited to social media content, blogs, ebooks, books, videos, audios, and any other form of content the company may use or create.

4. Advertising and Sharing: As a guest, I agree to actively support the reach of the podcast episode by advertising and sharing it on my social media platforms and in my advertising/marketing campaigns.

5. Permission to Use Company Materials: I understand that any materials, audio, video, or content created by [TruLee Life Evolution] for the podcast episodes in which I am directly or indirectly involved require written permission from [TruLee Life Evolution] to use. Any use of such materials must only showcase the company in a positive light and must not be doctored, altered, manipulated, or cast in a negative image/perspective.

6. Confidentiality: I understand that [TruLee Life Evolution] will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal information shared during the podcast interview. However, I acknowledge that [TruLee Life Evolution] cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and that the company will not be held liable for any unauthorized use or disclosure of such information.

7. Release of Liability: I release [TruLee Life Evolution], its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the podcast interview or the use of any content created as a result of the interview. I waive all rights to pursuing legal action against [TruLee Life Evolution], its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives.

8. Mediation and Waiver of Legal Action: Any disputes or issues arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through peaceful mediation. I agree to waive all rights to pursue legal action against [TruLee Life Evolution], its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives, and agree to engage in mediation as the sole means of resolving any disputes.

9. By signing up for this opportunity you are also agreeing to being added to our subscribers (you can opt out at any time) as this will be a form of communication between the company and its collaborators.
